This policy explains how Digizenk LLC handles information when creators and visitors use BiosQR.
Information we collect
Digizenk LLC collects information you provide when creating an account or page, including your email address, creator profile, public page content, links, theme choices, and support messages.

- Basic click counts and technical information needed to operate and secure the service
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve BiosQR; save your work; generate requested AI assistance; respond to support; prevent misuse; and comply with law.
AI processing
Prompts and relevant page context are sent to our AI service provider to produce requested suggestions and changes. BiosQR asks the provider not to retain model responses for training. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the co-pilot.
Public pages and service providers
Information placed on a published creator page is public. We use hosting, database, authentication, and AI infrastructure providers to operate BiosQR. They process information on our behalf under their applicable terms.
Retention and security
We retain account content while your account is active and as reasonably needed for legal, security, backup, and dispute purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your US state, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and may appeal a denied request. BiosQR does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email legal@biosqr.com to make a request; we may verify your identity.
Children and changes
BiosQR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy and will post a new effective date when changes are material.
