Terms of Service
These terms form an agreement between you and Digizenk LLC when you access or use BiosQR.
Using BiosQR
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access, and activity under your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Digizenk LLC a limited license to host, display, process, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve BiosQR. You must have the rights needed to publish your content and links.
AI co-pilot
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. Review all copy, links, designs, and recommendations before publishing or relying on them. AI output is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use BiosQR unlawfully, interfere with the service, mislead visitors, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property rights, or breach our Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create risk. You may stop using BiosQR at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.
Disclaimers and liability
BiosQR is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent allowed by law. Digizenk LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for BiosQR during the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Disputes and contact
These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, contact legal@biosqr.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Questions about the service may be sent to support@biosqr.com.
