Digizenk LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on BiosQR paid plans.

If you're not satisfied with a BiosQR paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge, including renewal charges.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or email support@biosqr.com with the email address used at checkout and we'll help.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. After a refund, your plan returns to Free and any blocks beyond the Free plan are hidden from your public page, not deleted.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime from Account → Plan & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid for. See Paddle's refund policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy for more details.
